• Skin consultations and health information where relevant for diagnosing skin and body conditions and recommending products from a professionally qualified beauty therapist.

How do we get personal information and why do we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
• To be able to give the best service and to prescribe an accurate skin or body system that will work for you to improve your skin no matter what problems or improvements you may want to have or if you merely want to maintain your beautiful skin.
We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
• Facebook, Instagram and TikTok

We use the information that you have given us.
If you require an order, we require your address and name to send your order to you.
We may need to contact your General Practitioner; in case we need to check if a medication or a treatment is going to be contraindicated. Of course, we will discuss this with you first.
Your date of birth is again something that we ask for so that we can ensure that you get the correct products for your age.
As a member of Babtac (British Association of Beauty Therapists and Cosmetologists) I must ensure that I perform a professional consultation before providing a facial.
