UK Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time 
All orders are processed within 1-3 days. 

All orders are made up regardless of weekends, bank holidays, etc.

However, we are unfortunately often in the hands of the couriers we use. 
We aim to get your Parcels to you within 2-3 days if they are standard free postage and if you order Monday - Friday before 12 pm.

Unfortunately, as much as we can do to ensure your parcel leaves on time, we cannot control what happens once it is in the hands of the delivery courier.
We will ensure that you are given a tracking number once we have completed your order so that you can keep tabs on your parcel. We also take out insurance with the courier company.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Skindividual Beauty is not responsible for customs and taxes on your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
Skindividual Beauty is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
